Basketball Recap: Washington Takes a Loss

Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Milwaukee Riverside Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 last Wednesday.

Washington's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Milwaukee Riverside, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-14.

Washington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Milwaukee Riverside has already played their next game (against Madison West), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
