Soccer Recap: Southridge Comes Up Short

Southridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Kennewick Lions, falling 6-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against Kennewick this season, with their most recent defeat being a 2-1 loss back in March.

Southridge's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Kennewick, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-4.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Southridge will take on rival Walla Walla at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Kennewick is set to face off against their familiar foe Chiawana at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
