Soccer Recap: South Central Takes a Loss

South Central came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the D.H. Conley Vikings, falling 7-0. While losing is never fun, South Central can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 469th, while D.H. Conley are ranked 197th).

South Central has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 1-15-2 record this season. As for D.H. Conley, they now have a winning record of 10-9-2.

As of now, neither South Central nor the Vikings have any future games scheduled.
