Menno and Irene/Wakonda are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2019, but not for long. The Wolves will welcome the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Menno will be strutting in after a victory while Irene/Wakonda will be coming in after a defeat.

On Saturday, Menno earned a 2-0 win over Canistota.

Meanwhile, Irene/Wakonda was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to Hanson.

While Irene/Wakonda had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 16-25, 25-18, 25-19.

Menno's victory bumped their record up to 3-15. As for Irene/Wakonda, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10.

Everything went Menno's way against Irene/Wakonda in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Menno made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Wolves repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
