Philip Barbour came tearing into Thursday's match with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the East Fairmont Bees by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Colts, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Philip Barbour was: they took both sets by at least 17 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-3.

Philip Barbour got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Leann Moss out in front who had four digs and four aces. That's the most aces Moss has posted since back in September. Ansley Bolyard was another key player, getting four aces.

Philip Barbour's win bumped their record up to 23-6-1. As for East Fairmont, their defeat was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-30.

Philip Barbour wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against Poca on the 4th. As for East Fairmont, they will head out to take on South Harrison at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
