Baseball Recap: Upper Lake Takes a Loss

Upper Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 10-5 to the Middletown Mustangs. If the Cougars were looking for revenge after losing 10-5 to the Mustangs when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Upper Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Middletown, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-8-1 record.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Upper Lake is set to face off against their familiar foe St. Helena at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Middletown will challenge rival Clear Lake at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
