After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Geneva, Midlakes was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Penn Yan Academy Mustangs by a score of 51-41. The Screaming Eagles haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Midlakes' win bumped their record up to 5-14. As for Penn Yan Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.

Midlakes does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Penn Yan Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against World of Inquiry at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. World of Inquiry knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight contests -- so hopefully Penn Yan Academy likes a good challenge.
