Basketball Game Preview: Ponder Lions vs. Tatum Eagles

The Ponder Lions will challenge the Tatum Eagles on Monday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Ponder comes in on five and Tatum on 15.

Ponder is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They strolled past Commerce with points to spare, taking the game 52-36.

Meanwhile, Tatum won against Liberty-Eylau on Thursday with 69 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. Tatum beat Liberty-Eylau by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 69-53.

Ponder's win bumped their record up to 23-11. As for Tatum, their victory bumped their record up to 29-2.

Ponder strolled past Tatum in their previous meeting back in December of 2023 by a score of 60-45. Does Ponder have another victory up their sleeve, or will Tatum turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
