Stevens was forced to take a big defeat against they on Saturday, they got the better of them on Sunday. They blew past the Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles 12-1. The Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Mason Brooks was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. Brooks was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three runs, two doubles, and one stolen base. He has become a key player for Stevens: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 1-3 otherwise.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Austin Flohr, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Brady Waddell, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Stevens' victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Aberdeen Central, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
