After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Long County, Liberty County was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Jenkins Warriors with a sharp 12-0 win. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by nine runs or more this season.

Mya Armstrong made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Armstrong was also solid in the batter's box, earning one run and two stolen bases.

In other batting news, Liberty County let Adalyn Norton and Rebekah Campbell run wild. Norton went a perfect 2-for-2 with five stolen bases, three runs, and one double, while Campbell got on base in all three of her plate appearances with seven stolen bases and three runs. Those five stolen bases gave Norton a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Kayleigh Barnard, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with four stolen bases and one run.
