Basketball Recap: Pioneer-Pleasant Vale Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Watonga, Pioneer-Pleasant Vale was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They managed a 35-30 victory over the Ringwood Red Devils. For the Mustangs, this counts as revenge for the 44-27 win the Red Devils walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Pioneer-Pleasant Vale's victory bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Ringwood, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pioneer-Pleasant Vale has already played their next game (against Dover), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Ringwood will square off against Kremlin-Hillsdale at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
