Volleyball Game Preview: McFarland Spartans vs. Portage Warriors + How To Watch

The McFarland Spartans will head out on the road to face off against the Portage Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McFarland is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.

On Saturday, McFarland didn't have quite enough to beat Lake Mills and fell 2-1.

Despite the loss, McFarland saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Talia Riemen had 15 digs and one assist.

Meanwhile, Portage beat Tri-County 2-0 on Monday.

Portage easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-16.

Portage is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season. As for McFarland, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-14.
