Jesuit came out on top against Clay on Thursday thanks in part to Cannon Murtagh's efforts. Murtagh scored three runs and stole Two bases. while going 3-for-3, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. Those three runs gave him a new career-high.

Coming up, Murtagh and Jesuit will be playing in front of their home fans against Trinity Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Trinity Christian Academy will enter the matchup having just beaten Providence School, so Jesuit will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
