Antioch dropped their record down to 8-13 on Tuesday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They lost 7-0 to the Heritage Patriots. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Panthers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Antioch saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kamari Davis, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

As for Heritage, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by six runs or more this season.

On Heritage's side, they got a great performance from Logan Nelson as he didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. Nelson has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in ten consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Tyler Williams was a standout: he went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Aidan Rangel was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Heritage beat Antioch by a score of 7-1 on Thursday.
