Basketball Game Preview: International Falls Broncos vs. Mesabi East Giants

International Falls hasn't had much luck against Mesabi East recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The International Falls Broncos will venture away from home to square off against the Mesabi East Giants at 5:45 p.m.

International Falls lost 75-53 to Bigfork on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mesabi East). They blew past Greenway 84-31 on Tuesday. The win was familiar territory for the Giants who have now won four matchups in a row.

International Falls' loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Mesabi East, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

International Falls took a serious blow against Mesabi East in their previous matchup back in January, falling 73-37. Can International Falls avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
