Basketball Preview: Hugo Buffaloes vs. Kingston Redskins
The Hugo Buffaloes will be playing at home against the Kingston Redskins at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hugo is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.
Last Saturday, Hugo came up short against the Storm and fell 53-40.
Meanwhile, everything went Kingston's way against the Indians on Tuesday as the Redskins made off with a 65-45 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Kingston.
Hugo has not been sharp recently as the team's lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Kingston, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9.
Hugo didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against the Redskins when the teams last played back in January of 2021, but they still walked away with a 47-42 victory. Does Hugo have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Redskins turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
