Volleyball Recap: Coronado Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Coronado was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 18th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to the Desert Sunrise Golden Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 20-25, 25-20, 25-10.

Coronado's loss dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Desert Sunrise, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 19 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-5 record this season.

Coronado does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Desert Sunrise, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Saguaro on the 3rd.
