While Blair put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Platteview. The Blair Bears put the hurt on the Platteview Trojans with a sharp 14-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Bears, who have now won 16 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.
Abby Leggott and Brooke Janning made a big impact no matter where they played. Throwing, Leggott pitched an inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Janning pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 13 consecutive appearances.
