Elkhorn Valley had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] Bobcats 3-0 on Thursday. That's more bragging rights for the Falcons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Elkhorn Valley never let Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-22, 25-13.
