Softball Preview: Bishop Brady Giants vs. Trinity Pioneers

The Bishop Brady Giants will head out on the road to take on the Trinity Pioneers at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bishop Brady will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

Bishop Brady hadn't beaten Hopkinton on the road since May 4, 2016 but that history sure didn't bother them on Wednesday. The Giants blew past the Hawks 8-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Giants have posted against the Hawks since May 11, 2016.

Abby Tyrrell made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off nine hits (and only one walk).
