Softball Recap: Cranbrook Kingswood's Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cranbrook Kingswood). They came out on top against the Southfield Arts & Tech Warriors by a score of 14-9 on Thursday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Cranbrook Kingswood's win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-1. As for Southfield Arts & Tech, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cranbrook Kingswood will take on Western International at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Southfield Arts & Tech, they will face off against Southfield Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
