While Taylor's victory against Eastern wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Titans sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Comets on Tuesday. Taylor haven't had any issues with Eastern recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Taylor hit Eastern with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Brayden Boothby, Keaton Wiley, and Trey Oliver.

Taylor's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Eastern, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-3-1 record this season.

Taylor wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Carroll on the 11th. As for Eastern, they have also already played their next contest, a 6-1 victory against Wabash on the 13th.
