Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sherwood). Everything went their way against the Gaithersburg Trojans on Friday as the Sherwood Warriors made off with an 87-64 win. The victory was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Sherwood pushed their record up to 16-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.2 points per game. As for Gaithersburg, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Sherwood will square off against Wootton at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Sherwood's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
