Football Recap: Flour Bluff Hornets vs. Harlingen South Hawks
Flour Bluff won the last time they faced Harlingen South and things went their way on Friday too. The Hornets blew past the Hawks 49-6. Fans of the Hornets have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.
Lucian Cruz was nothing short of spectacular: he threw for 332 yards and four TDs while completing 80% of his passes, and also rushed for 33 yards. Another player making a difference was Samuel Smith, who rushed for 96 yards and three touchdowns on only 13 carries.
