The Peachtree Ridge Lions lost 9-1 to the Cherokee Bluff Bears on Tuesday. Peachtree Ridge were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 6-1.

Peachtree Ridge dropped their record down to 3-11 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Cherokee Bluff, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

A feisty cat fight will be fought as Peachtree Ridge face off against Duluth at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cherokee Bluff, they will take on Oconee County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Oconee County will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Cherokee Bluff surely won't give up without a fight.
