Soccer Game Preview: South Lenoir vs. Southwest Onslow

South Lenoir hasn't had much luck against Southwest Onslow recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Blue Devils will take on the Stallions at 6:00 p.m.

On Monday, South Lenoir didn't have quite enough to beat Pender and fell 2-1.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Southwest Onslow). They were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over Heide Trask on Monday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Southwest Onslow considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

Southwest Onslow's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-9. As for South Lenoir, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7-2.
