Volleyball Game Preview: Peoria Lions vs. Normal West Wildcats + How To Watch

Peoria is 0-10 against Normal West since September of 2015 but things could change on Thursday. The Lions will welcome the Wildcats at 4:00 p.m.

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Peoria and Danville had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Lions fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. Lions fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Vikings since Tuesday.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Peoria sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 23-25, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Normal West posted their closest win since September 18th on Saturday. They skirted past Yorkville 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Normal West now has a winning record of 15-14. As for Peoria, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-18.
