Basketball Recap: Randolph Takes a Loss

Randolph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 65-40 to the Wynot Blue Devils. The Cardinals were probably out for revenge after losing 66-49 to them when the teams met back in February of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Leading Wynot to victory were Kotner Koch and Kasen Koch. Kotner posted 12 points, while Kasen put up nine points and four steals. Nixen Heimes was another key player, putting up seven points.

Randolph now has a losing record at 8-9. As for Wynot, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Randolph didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 48-47 victory against Walthill on the 4th. As for Wynot, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 48-41 defeat against Ponca on the 30th.
