Soccer Recap: Auburn Mountainview Takes a Loss

After flying high against Decatur on Tuesday, Auburn Mountainview came back down to earth. The Lions fell 2-0 to the Kent-Meridian Royals on Thursday. The shutout was out of character for Auburn Mountainview seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in March.

Auburn Mountainview's defeat dropped their record down to 15-4-3. As for Kent-Meridian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-4-7.

As of now, neither Auburn Mountainview nor the Royals have any future games scheduled.
