Soccer Recap: Lyman Comes Up Short

There was early excitement for Lyman after they claimed the first goal on Thursday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell just short of the Mountain View Buffaloes by a score of 2-1. The loss continues a trend for Lyman in their meetings with Mountain View: they've now lost three in a row.

Lyman's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Mountain View, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

Lyman does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mountain View, they will square off against Powell at 5:00 p.m. on the 8th.
