Holcomb won the last time they faced Cimarron and things went their way on Thursday too. The Longhorns walked away with a 2-0 win over the Bluejays. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Longhorns.

Holcomb easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-5.

Makayla Tolbert paced Holcomb's offense, picking up six kills. Tolbert were helped by Bella Galliart and Jaylee Wickwar, who contributed ten assists each.

Holcomb's victory bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Cimarron, their loss dropped their record down to 9-4-1.

Holcomb will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Bluejays: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
