Volleyball Game Preview: Jersey Panthers vs. Charleston Trojans

The Jersey Panthers will challenge the Charleston Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Jersey and five for Charleston.

On Thursday, Jersey came up short against Civic Memorial and fell 2-0.

While Jersey had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Charleston also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Mahomet-Seymour by a score of 2-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-17.

Jersey's defeat dropped their record down to 16-14. As for Charleston, their loss dropped their record down to 5-26.
