Volleyball Recap: Rockdale Takes a Loss

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Saturday. Rockdale fell just short of Silsbee by a score of 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Rockdale sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 19-25, 15-11.

Rockdale's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Silsbee, their victory bumped their record up to 10-2.

Rockdale didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Florence on the 23rd. As for Silsbee, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Mumford on the 23rd.
