Soccer Recap: St. Johns Comes Up Short

St. Johns's game on Thursday was all tied up 2-2 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets. St. Johns were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Blue Ridge earlier this season, when they won 7-5.

Alan Tryon wasn't going to let Blue Ridge walk away unscathed as he scored both of St. Johns' goals, bringing his season total up to 29 goals.

St. Johns' defeat dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Blue Ridge, their win bumped their record up to 9-5-2.

St. Johns does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Blue Ridge, they will face off against Snowflake at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
