Soccer Recap: Westside Takes a Loss

Westside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Pike County Pirates, falling 10-0. That's two games in a row now that Westside have lost by exactly ten goals.

Westside's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Pike County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-2.

Westside will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Rutland at 5:30 p.m. on April 8. Westside is facing Rutland at the right time seeing as Rutland is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Pike County, they will face off against Jackson at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
