After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Coeur d'Alene, Lewiston was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Lakeland Hawks 3-0. This was a revenge game for the Bengals: when they faced off against the Hawks back in September, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

While Lewiston might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Lakeland scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-23, 25-22.

Lewiston has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. As for Lakeland, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-9.

Lewiston wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Post Falls on the 11th. As for Lakeland, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Sandpoint on the 14th.
