Football Game Preview: Pikes Peak Christian vs. Swink

Pikes Peak Christian have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will take on Swink at home at 1:00 PM on Saturday. Pikes Peak Christian are coming into the match hot, having won six in a row.

Two weeks ago, Pikes Peak Christian put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season. They were fully in charge, breezing past Custer County 57-14. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-6.

Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Swink lost to Simla last Friday, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 14-63. This makes it the second loss in a row for Swink.

Pikes Peak Christian's victory lifted them to 6-1 while Swink's defeat dropped them down to 2-5. Pikes Peak Christian have been dynamite on the offensive side of the ball, averaging 42.14 points per game. We'll see if Swink can find some way to disarm them.
