Softball Preview: Satsuma Gators vs. Foley Lions        
        
		
            
 The Satsuma Gators will challenge the Foley Lions at 3:00  p.m.  on Friday. The two teams are strolling into their  contests after big wins in their previous games.
 Satsuma scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Thursday. They put the hurt on Bryant with a sharp  21-6 victory. Considering Satsuma has won 12 matchups by more than five  runs this season,  Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
  Madison Sawyer made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits (she also didn't allow any  walks). Sawyer was even better at the plate,  going 3-for-4 with a  home run, three  runs,  and three  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Bralee Byrd was  incredible,  firing off two  home runs, six  RBI,  and three  runs while going 5-for-6. Another player making a difference was  Aisha Martinez, who  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with a  home run, two  runs,  and a  stolen base.
 Meanwhile, Foley made easy work of Elberta  on Thursday and carried off  a  13-2 win. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for Foley.
 The  victory (which was Satsuma's third in a row) raised their record to 25-6-1. Those victories were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 12.7 runs per game. As for Foley, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.
