It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Holy Trinity Catholic ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They beat the Concordia Cardinals by a goal, winning 5-4. Hailey Dodge had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Holy Trinity Catholic.

Holy Trinity Catholic picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 2-8. As for Concordia, their record now sits at 0-2.

Coincidentally, Holy Trinity Catholic and Concordia will both be playing Veritas Academy the next time they take the pitch. The Celtics will head out to face Veritas Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Cardinals will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
