Steamboat Springs extended their postseason success on Saturday against Eagle Ridge Academy. Their defense stepped up to hand the Warriors a 5-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Steamboat Springs, who have now won seven matches by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Eagle Ridge Academy with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Nathan Rind (2), Treyden Klingemann, Henry Jamison, and Mason Burk.

Steamboat Springs' victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those five matchups. As for Eagle Ridge Academy, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 11-6-1 record.
