Paw Paw had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They blew past the Three Rivers Wildcats 8-1. Given Paw Paw's advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 125th, while Three Rivers are ranked 367th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Paw Paw's win bumped their record up to 11-5-1. As for Three Rivers, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10-1.
