 Saint Francis put another one in the bag  on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory Fightin' Irish onto the board and left with  a   17-0  victory. Considering Saint Francis has won nine games by more than five  runs this season, Friday's  blowout was nothing new.
  Shannon Keighran made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Keighran has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in three consecutive pitching appearances. Keighran was even better at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with four  RBI, a  triple,  and a  run.
 In other batting news,  Hayden Hummel was a standout: she scored three  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances.  Rebecca Quinn was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs while going 1-for-2.
 Saint Francis pushed their record up to 17-0 with that  win, which was their sixth straight  on the road. As for Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory, their loss dropped their record down to 8-7.
 Saint Francis will head out on the road to  face off against  Presentation at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Saint Francis is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 7.9  runs per game  this season. As for Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory, they will challenge Lowell at 9:30  a.m.  on Saturday. Lowell's pitching crew has only allowed 2.9  runs per game  this season, so Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
