Basketball Recap: Killian Hill Christian Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Killian Hill Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 69-47 to the Victory Baptist Warrior. The Cougars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warrior apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Despite the loss, Killian Hill Christian still got an impressive performance from Ronald Skeete, who posted 15 points and five assists. Another player making a difference was Jaden Capers, who put up six points.

Ziggy Binitie went supernova For Victory Baptist., going 11-for-17 to rack up 23 points. Binitie is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Drake Lawrence was another key player, putting up 11 points in addition to seven rebounds and six steals.

Killian Hill Christian now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Victory Baptist, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Coming up, Killian Hill Christian will be playing at home against Sugar Hill Christian Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Cougars will need to watch out since the Stallions have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Victory Baptist, they will take on Bible Baptist Christian at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday.
