Liberty Christian had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.2 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They never let the Saginaw Rough Riders get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. Considering the Warriors have won six contests by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Liberty Christian's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.7 runs over those games. As for Saginaw, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 3-3.

Coming up, Liberty Christian will take on Memorial in a tournament on Friday. Liberty Christian's pitching crew has only allowed 1.8 runs per game this season, so Memorial's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Saginaw, they will be playing at home against V.R. Eaton at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
