Baseball Recap: Lakewood Comes Up Short

While it was Lakewood who put the first runs on the board on Wednesday, it was Mt. Vernon who put up more. The Lancers fell 5-2 to the Yellowjackets.

Lakewood's defeat dropped their record down to 13-4. As for Mt. Vernon, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-6.
