Softball Game Preview: Alleman Pioneers vs. East Moline United Panthers

Alleman is 1-9 against East Moline United since May of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Pioneers are taking a road trip to square off against the Panthers at 4:30 p.m. Alleman has given up an average of 8.8 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Alleman came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Sterling, falling 17-4.

Alleman saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Izzy Schneider, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one triple.

Meanwhile, East Moline United can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They walked away with a 7-2 win over Williamsville.

Alleman's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for East Moline United, their victory bumped their record up to 9-7.
