Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Logan). They blew past the Groveport-Madison Cruisers 12-3 on Monday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Chieftains needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Logan's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-10. As for Groveport-Madison, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Logan will square off against rival Teays Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Groveport-Madison is set to challenge their familiar foe Canal Winchester at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
