Alexander's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Elba Lancers. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Lancers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Alexander's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Elba, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Alexander will square off against Attica at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Elba, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Notre Dame Academy at 6:30 p.m. on the 21st.
