Basketball Recap: Thompson Falls Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matchups, Thompson Falls finally came back down to earth on Thursday. They had to suffer through a 71-26 loss at the hands of the Loyola-Sacred Heart Rams . The contest marked the Blue Hawks' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Thompson Falls' loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-3. As for Loyola-Sacred Heart, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

Thompson Falls will be playing in front of their home fans against Charlo at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Loyola-Sacred Heart, they will head out on the road to challenge Lincoln County at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Loyola-Sacred Heart's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
