East Providence won the last time they faced North Kingstown and things went their way on Monday too. The East Providence Townies walked away with a 56-48 victory over the North Kingstown Skippers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Townies.

North Kingstown lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Landon Bodington, who went 7 of 13 on his way to 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Michael Deorsey, who posted 12 points.

East Providence's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for North Kingstown, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.

East Providence will venture away from home to square off against Classical at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Classical is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 66.3 points per game this season. As for North Kingstown, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 71-64 victory against Smithfield on the 7th.
